We will be adding new exercise videos to this page regularly, so check back often to view new video content.  The exercises below are arranged by body area.  Most spinal stabilization exercises are progressive--meaning that there are beginner versions and more challenging versions.  Always begin with the Level 1 versions and move on to the Level 2 exercises only when Level 1 is no longer challenging.  Technique is VERY important with all of these exercises to achieve good spinal stabilization and to avoid injury.
