James T. Turnbull Jr., D.C., CCST, FIAMA
Dr. Turnbull began his college studies at Lawrence University, a small liberal arts college in Wisconsin, giving him a diverse background in English, history, philosophy, science and the arts. Following his time at Lawrence, Dr. Turnbull attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis where he actively studied rehabilitation and neurology around the country with respected leaders in both medicine and chiropractic. Following his graduation, Dr. Turnbull taught rehabilitation to senior students at Logan College of Chiropractic and helped in laying the groundwork for an interdisciplinary pelvic pain rehabilitation center for postpartum women at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Turnbull has been practicing in Denver since 1999. In 2001 Dr. Turnbull earned his Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma following an intensive year-long course of post-graduate study and in 2003-2004 completed a Fellowship with the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Currently, he is an Adjunct Clinical Sciences Faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Outside of the office, Dr. Turnbull enjoys playing guitar, photography, hiking, camping and travel with his wife, Stacy, his son, Rigo, and his dog, Stella.
